About us

We practice AYP ( Advanced Yoga Practices ) style  of yoga. This encompasses

all the eight limbs of yoga integrating asanas - physical postures; pranayama - breathing techniques and  meditation.

The classes are run on a voluntary donation basis. Suggested donation of £4 - 7

I have trained with the AYP Yoga school which is  registered with the yoga alliance.­
